If you are unhappy or not satisfied with our products or service, we do have a 14 day opened, return and refund policy. Return must be actioned within 14 days of receipt of delivery as per the shipping tracking information. No RMA is needed and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 1) Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP to alert us that you will be returning your UNOPENED product within the 30-day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address.
2) Once you have shipped your product back to us – please also email the tracking number to email@example.com so we can keep an eye out for it.
3) Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm it’s condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation.
